Between buying 3 single boosters or spending 180 on the 'Super Pack' obviously the latter has a higher chance of a rare because it has more cards in it, but other than that it doesn't seem 'Super' at all?

More concerningly, the Super Pack is labelled as having a "high chance of rare", but if drop rates haven't changed, we know that the actual chance of pulling one or more rares from 15 cards is 50% at best, and could be as low as 42% (this is the 95% confidence interval). D3 need to be careful to avoid false advertising (in a legal sense) here.

I suspect the "high chance of rare" label was simply transferred from the old fat packs without anyone checking the maths.
