Game tried to give me a SHIELD Intercept for a vault pull

I idly opened a Taco vault token last night and was surprised to see the green SHIELD Intercept button pop up along with my Ares cover. I tapped it by reflex before I could think to take a screenshot, and was greeted by an error message saying the intercept failed to load. There was no material effect on the game -- I still got my cover and didn't get an intercept bonus -- but it's a weird glitch.

These erroneous prompts tend to be rare, so a screenshot of what you are seeing can help the team greatly.
