Add the star menu from the Roster screen to the Train screen

It would help players find trainable characters much faster. Alternatively, add a "TRAIN/ALL" toggle to show the trainable characters straight away.

  I'd rather them just get rid of the train tab all together. It's way easier to find things in the roster screen and train there.
