Startled awake is not attacking whrn cast multiple times and buffed with haste. Sequencing to reproduce the bug:

Cast startled awake
Have startled awake attack twice and return to hand
Cast startled awake
Cast decimator of the provinces

Decimator will attack alone. Startled acts as normal after that round

    There's a similar bug with Dust Stalker not attacking the turn it's summoned after the first time. Perhaps a bug in how haste is treated for creatures returned to hand?

    This should be fixed in the upcoming update
