5* buffed for Galactus?

So 5* are buffed for Galactus. My first though is sweet 5* will rock. My 2nd though is OMG why type of scaling is going to happen if they are buffing 5*? Will this be personal scaling like boss rush or predetermined scaling like other boss events. Will they raise levels because of 5*?

I am excited and TERRIFIED at the same time.

    last time 5's were buffed my IM46 only went up 8 levels
    hopefully this won't affect scaling, but I'm still in 3 land

    My OML is 454 no my BSSM is 435 so I am more worried bout personal scaling in the boss event compared to the previous group scaling.

    I don't use my 5s much but if I remember, when they are buffed it's not nearly as dramatic as lower tiers - like 10-20 levels.
