Ads with VIP. STILL. Day 16, 2 separate cycles.

My last post, regarding the same issue can be found here: viewtopic.php?f=9&t=55614

It was replied to saying a purchase nullifies the ads for 30 days. However, I'm on day 14 of my current VIP cycle and I'm seeing the ads still.

This started day 26 of 28 of my previous VIP cycle. Which obviously shouldn't have been happening since it's in the prior cycle I was on day 26 and my current cycle I'm on day 14, both within the 30 days of purchase.

I submitted a ticket December 2nd. Today your great help desk closed it, with a "that sucks, we'll let the devs know" type response, so please don't tell me to submit a ticket again.

Another member reported the same issue, but it is no longer happening.
Any insight on the issue?

    I don't play Marvel: Puzzle Quest, but I'm thinking that this bug report is related to that game. The forum you've posted in is for Magic the Gathering: Puzzle Quest. Have you tried the Bugs subforum for MPQ? viewforum.php?f=9
