Hulk not transforming

I have one purple cover of 5 star hulk for his passive transform ability. After collecting 10 green AP, it is supposed to put out a countdown tile. That used to work fine, but now the countdown tile never appears. What is going on?

    Hi Langee. If you haven't done so, please update your client to the R116 patch. The Hulk's The Other Guy ability was originally disabled due to a crash that occurred when transforming. You can find more details on it here: viewtopic.php?f=7&t=55860

    As of today's patch though, the crash should be fixed and his power should be re-enabled. Thanks!
