Not-so-fat pack

The fat pack says "x5" and "with a free EM card", but what I actually got was 4 packs plus a single EM card. The single EM card (uncommon) replaced a whole pack. This is either a bug or false advertising.

It was the one I got from the Emrakul's Corruption event if that's relevant.

    count the cards, it'll display 4x because the system
    has already opened the first pack. (I think)

    Yes, it displayed 4x after I opened the first pack. Then it opened 4 more packs. Except that one of those "packs" was just 1 card.

    That's 4 packs plus a bonus card, not 5 packs plus a bonus card.

    Hi Irgy,

    If you haven't done so already, I'd recommend sending in a support ticket. Customer Support has plenty of tools to verify whether you're missing a pack or not, and if that happens to be the case, then they also have the tools to send you it.
