If you cast Helm of the Gods on a creature, then cast Vexing Scuttler, the effects of the Helm of the Gods disappears from that creature.

    I recreated this bug today. Still not fixed

    Jace Unraveler of Secrets
    step 1: cast helm of the gods on a creature
    step 2: immediately cast vexing scuttler
    step 3: watch as Helm of the Gods appears in your hand again, but the effects of Helm of the Gods disappears from your creature
