Why doesn't Oath of Liliana kill Undergrowth Champion like Scout for Existence does??? It only does one damage to Undergrowth where Scour kills it. Please explain

    it's bugged.

    so is imprisoned in the moon. Same issue against UC or any creature currently buffed with Prevent Damage.
