SCL in off season

I swear, I remember seeing that SCL would go to level 8 in PVP in the off season, but it is still a level 7 max. **** come on D3 keep your promises. While I'm at it I also remember them saying they were going to rerun the PX DPD what happened to that?

    I believe it said the Start of the next Season
