Who should I recruit/dump?

Hi experts!

I have these 2 covers sitting in my queue:

Quick questions: Which 4* should I get rid of to recruit Rulk? Should I get X23 too?

I don't have enough HP for the slots, recruited 3* Strange and 4* Blade during last events, also working to get all 2* for farming (only missing Ms. Marvel and Moonstone), as Rhulk is a top tier, I was thinking about dumping a low tier, any suggestions? Venon, Drax, IW? Maybe Blade, he looks interesting but have my doubts.

    Sell your 2 star torch and hawkeye. Recruit them both.
    If you don't want to do that, sell sentry and ragnarok.

    Start the farm. You should not have level 144 2* on your roster for more than a couple of weeks; when I get a 2* at level 144, I start keeping covers in the queue, when the first one is about to expire, I sell the maxed one and re-recruit. Keeping up on that will keep HP flowing, which will prevent difficult choices like this in the future.

    You have 4 of them at the moment, so you might want to stagger selling them so that you can easily crush DDQ every day, but I don't worry about that or if they're essential; in both cases, you can make it work even if they're low level (pairing a low level 2* with your 2 favorite 3* generally wins a 2* essential node anyway).

    For now, I would roster both X23 and RHulk and sell Sentry and Rags, unless you want to drop a twenty and just buy the slots.

    I'm doing this process, have a few Torch, Hawkeye and Mags waiting, still a couple of days to expire (at least), but got those 4* during it.

    Essentials, I don't worry about it too. For now, sold Hawkeye to get a single Ms. Marvel cover to do the current PvE event, as you've said, 2 3* easily handle it. I'm using her just to get the points, will sell her to get Rulk before it expires.

    I wasn't considering to sell a 3*, think worth getting full rewards from DDQ and not waste a single cover in the future. I thought about replacing 2 bottom tier 4* to get them, but as they're harder to get, you two are right, it's best to sell the 2*, get the HP and work for another slot.

    After CL, it's become easier to get a 4* from progression (which is absolutely great, not complaining about it) but this tough decisions are now very common as I can't get enough HP every week to add a new slot. This is my experience, don't know if other players share the same feeling.
