Surfer's Silver Singularity

Playing a lightning round earlier vs featured/OML/Surfer. I downed the featured 1st, then Surfer, before he was downed he fired silver singularity but after he was downed with only OML left the CD tile remained on the board. Is this intentional?

    It's been asked before, and it seems to be intentional. Black Bolt's Motivation tile also remains on the board if he is downed.

    Just curious after reading this thread: do these tiles still count down if SS (or BB) is downed?

    Surfers does, not sure about bb's

    Yes, working as expected. Yes, they continue to count down. Surfer's does damage when it ends, too, so don't be shocked when you get nailed for a few thousand.
