The point total in round 8 for defeating the boss is only 9000

    Same here. Even if we magically beat the node, there's still no way to beat round 8 at those points.

    It's been engineered so we can't win no matter what.

    Edit: Appears to be a typo. Doing a tiny bit of damage to PHX got me 7.5k in points. I still stand by my assertion that Round 8 is engineered so we can't win without 100% pure luck.
