Disappearing Gems

I was playing in the event today and the first card my opponent cast was Tamiyo's Journal. However every time the clue gem was destroyed, it would leave an invisible gem there. There was a gem, just i cound't see what it was. The AI did a match with one of them, and it was a red gem. See the photo.

    I have also experienced this bug multiple times, though I'm not sure that it was a clue gem each time.

    I have had this happen at times but I have never seen what was causing it.

    It dates way before, i've experienced it several times, before the 1.6. Haven't seen it in a long time, thought it was fixed. I've never had two of it at the same board though.
