I play a battle and then i have to use at least two pots, orvwait 45 ,imutes, is there aworkaround forthis? Having two teams or something?

    1. It may be the levels / players you're fighting are too high level for your chars, so you're taking a lot of damage each battle. See if you can grind some iso rewards and help them level up.

    2. Some characters have a heal ability, most notably 2* Original Black Widow and 3* Classic Spider-man.

    3. Some missions are just designed to be extremely challenging (lvl 230 boosted daken, im looking at you!).

    Options
    If you have unlocked the spiderman levels in venom prologue you can replay them and heal your team up with a loan Spider-man.
