Rattlechains leaves a permanent hexproof after leaving the battlefield.
Geier Reach Bandit deck is indicated red but has Exert Influence in it (?!)

  you can't see, but the deck seems to be red white blue. and it might have more than 10 cards in it...
  
  Sigarda leaves hexproof now also.

  Sigarda and Rattlechains always left hexproof. They give the ability to the targets, not just grant an aura of it while on the battlefield.
