Game use while server is being updated

Sigh. I wish I could access the app while the server is being updated. I just want to browse my current collection and design a new deck. It seems like the kind of thing that should be able to be stored locally and thus wouldn't require network access, much less requiring the server to be up.

    Well for many reasons most of the stuff is stored on the server.
    So even if we would be ok with gaining no runes or crystal in an "offline mode" probably it is still technically impossible to do.

    Wouldn't work. Because the game can go cross device by design, all changes you make have to be stored server side. Having too much on a pure client base opens the door to exploits.
