Not receiving rewards for Nodes of Power Event - Sept. 23

Hi,

I went to claim my rewards for finishing 26th on the recent Nodes of Power event that just finished. It asked me to claim them twice, which seemed odd, but then delivered nothing. I didn't receive any OTGW card, no crystals, no BFZ pack.

Wondering if other people have run into this. Hoping D3 will fix this and send me my rewards.

    I got the same issue, the first claim is individual reward, second is coalition, this time i actually got my coalition card, but not my individual rewards, last weeks nodes of power i got nothing.
    Seems to bug a lot of you are in game when event ends. I was playing the other event.

    Submit a ticket, the wait for questions you already answered. Then a week later maybe they have you escalated so you actually get your stuff. Maybe. Still waiting to get my previous nodes of power resolved. And submitted ticket for this one. It's ridiculous.

    This happened to me last week, and just happened to me again today.

    Last week, the card/pack was awarded (automatically - I had a pack to open in the vault and a duplicate rare) about 5 hours later, but I had to ticket to get the manacrystal.png reward.

    Thanks for the reply Octal. At least I know it's not just me that's having the issue.

    I'll wait a couple hours more and see if it fixes its' self. Otherwise, I guess it's a trip to ticket-town. icon_rolleyes.gif
