No changes have been made to matchmaking either yesterday or today - and no changes will be made without our messaging the change beforehand.
Please refrain from posting speculation as fact.

    Does this mean PVE scaling hasn't changed either and is no longer running to ridiculous levels?

    We aren't speculating we are reporting our observations live in game.

    The game is not playing now as it was 2 hours ago - that's what we are observing and we is hundreds of people - if you haven't changed anything then the machines have decided to change things themselves and Hollywood films tell me this is the least of our problems.

    So it's just a conplete coincidence that changes appear to have been made across all 5 slices? I don't know David that's sounds a little half baked to me.
