hand size now 6? and error with card 'inner struggle'

why is max hand size now 6? when and why was this implemented? This affects blue bounce cards too since they look at hand size being over 5. Speaking of blue, Kioras first ability is very annoying with the AI spamming it constantly.

The wording on Inner Struggle says toughness when it should say power. As it is currently printed it is just destroy target creature for 6 mana which is broken.

    Hand size has been 6 for as long as I've been playing (March).

    Inner Struggle is just an error in the card description. It actually does damage of creature's power to itself.

    Thanks plastic, I've since playtested the card and it does indeed to power in damage not toughness, but the typo does still need to be fixed. I remember hand size being 7 and guess I didnt notice it being 6 until now
