Remorseless Punishment - adjustment?

I feel like this card should be tuned down between 10-15 mana max while also having the damage tuned down to 5hp per effect.

As it is now, it's not really worth investing the time to power it up with so many conditions. This card should be an uncommon, not a rare with how it is atm.

So to recap the proposed change:

10-15 mana
-If creature on board, destroy it. If not, deal 5 damage.
-If 2 cards are in their hand, discard them. If not, deal 5 damage.

Black really needs some help in the speed department and this could do it.
