First PvP event has just been launched. It was described in some detail in the forums, and then I joined it, and now, only several hours later, do I understand how it all works.

I wonder if for complex mechanics like this a video tutorial could be produced so we'd understand what was going on?

    Nah. Video is a rubbish medium for showing anything other than glitzy effects, or possibly where something unobvious and hard to describe is (make it more obvious instead!). It takes forever to explain things. Text is much better. Just needed to be more of it.
