I lost ALL of my characters after the update

I sent an email to support but haven't heard anything back yet


Anyone else have this problem?


In the meantime I can't do anything, I'm probably gonna lose some cards since I can't generate any ISO for levelling

    This just happened to me, it's been crashing after the update and now it gives me a "save file is corrupt" error and tries to start me back in tutorial mode!

    If you haven't already, please file a support ticket.

    They don't respond to requests over the weekend, but should be able to help.
