Elimination of Recruit Tokens as rewards

OK, so, what if, there were no more Standard, Heroic, and Whatever else tokens given as rewards? What if, instead of rewards that would normally shell these out, players were given command points instead? Players would then have more versatility in how they use their rewards. Newbie that just needs 1*s? Use your point to open a standard cover, resulting in a 1* character. Moving to 2* land? Use more points for a guaranteed 2* character cover. 3* land? 4* land?...you get the picture:

Standard Token: 1 command point
Heroic Token: Idk, 5 points?
3* Token: 12 points
LT: 20/25 points

But then again, with the frequency that Standard Tokens are currently given out, token redemption prices would probably have to go up....

Overall, though, I think rewards could then cater better to individual players at vastly different levels of the game more equally, as more advanced players should be able to accumulate points more readily.
