Increase boost stockpile size & about surplus

I think the title tells it all icon_e_smile.gif

Since prices went up on boosts, it would be nice to increase the storage capacity. (20 maybe?)

Also, if the player recieves surplus:
A) It should go to rewards cache
B) It should be sold at 50% rate of its buying price.

    I Concur. Esp. since boots are sometimes randomly awarded after missions, a surplus option would be ideal.
