Silver Surfer Black Hole Matched Away

Has anyone seen an issue where Silver Surfer's black hole gets matched away. Mine was in play one move and it got matched away during an enemy domino cascade during the wilderness gauntlet....

    It can be destroyed by a linear match 4/5.

    Also board shakes, like juggs / boss iron man can clear it
