Ugin's Insight giving mana to cards that aren't fetched

Not sure if this is a bug honestly. When using Ugin's Insight with a hand that does not allow for all 3 cards it fetches to be obtained, it still gives mana to the next 1-2 cards, as can be seen using Talent of the Telepath. After that though, the mana bonus from one of these cards doesn't apply.

    So from the video, when you drew the next card on a later turn it no longer had 6 mana?

    Correct. And not just on a later turn. Ugin's gave mana to 2 cards on top of my deck, then Talent of the Telepath triggered to let me choose 1 of 3. You'll see that the first 2 cards to choose from already have 6 mana from Ugin's on them (all in the same turn).

    I'm assuming that Ugin's should not give mana to cards that it doesn't fetch and this is a graphical bug. But I do think that if it DID give mana to the next 3 cards, fetched or next in line from the deck, it would make the card better.
