Basically. Even if you spend all your ISO on tokens and somehow get lucky with 3-stars, how do you plan to level them?

For my alt account, I chose to make it challenging and only leveled 2x 2*'s and 1x 1*. So what that means is I now have 7x lvl 15 3*, and only 1x 3* with multiple covers. I also have several 10's of thousands of ISO just chilling while I desperately hunt for more covers. I wanted a challenge, I got a challenge.

On the flip side, I'm breezing through Oscorp heroic mode.
