Maxxed Champion covers show up as "train" not "recruit"

My level 144 Magneto (Marvel Now!) is specced as:

I got a blue cover for a token and it shows up as "Train"... it should show up as "recruit" since Champions can be respec'd for free.

This is a bug that was supposed to be fixed in R95. Have you installed today's patch?0

Time to eat crow... nope, Saw the patch notes, thought I installed it... turns out reality and my brain were not in sync.
Issues is gone with the latest patch.
