Planeswalker healing

My planeswalker does not seem to be healing. Is it supposed to heal when not in play?

    Apparently theres a glitch that if you quit the game with damaged pw, for example from the QB menu, it wont regenerate unless you go to pw menu and verify that the coundown timer started
