Chandra not healing

Chandra does not seem to be healing when i am not in the game. So i played and lost a match this morning, and chandra has not gained any health to speak of, she reaches 6 health and stays there. That has been about 8 to 10 hours ago. The health countdown shows she should gain a health point every 5 mins or so.

    same things been happen in to me, stays at 5 mostly... annoying as hell wake up, do easy morning rounds on games and what's this? I need to use a potion before the game even starts... booty... straight booty
