Can't login

Today i opened the app and was greeted by a connection error. I pressed retry several times to no effect and now the game seems to have been reset for me because it asks for a username. I don't know how to get any device id or player id from here. Is there a way to recover the data?

    Actually after I uninstalled the app and reinstalled the problem was cleared up.
