Daredevil AI's Ambush Trap not deactivating after death

Was doing the Deadpool Daily Big Enchilada and got to the 2nd wave, fought Captain Marvel, Beast and Daredevil. Killed DD last and went to the next wave thinking that all his trap were defused I matched red and BAM Ambush from the grave.

    That is weird! I've been hit by it on my move which killed him, which sadly still does the damage.
