Lost everything

Hello,
After i finished the 1.3 update I realized that the game started over. I lost everything I had. If I can't get back any of my cards I don't think I can continue playing since I will never be assured this won't happen again in the next update.
I was one of the persons whose daily reward didn't restart in the end of December but crashed on the 11 of January.
Already raised a ticket.
I'm not keeping my hopes up... Which is sad...

    Was your game synced with Facebook? I hate FB as much as the next person but the syncing feature is very nice and keeps your gamedata safe.

    No it wasn't synced. I hate having anything linked to my Facebook account because of private data...
