Can't use Miles Morales as Spider-Man Galactus node?

Title self explanatory.

I had Miles on my waiting list, and traded him for another char that I had on the roster to use him on the Spiderman sub-node on Galactus. And it's not working, how come, is he not a Spider-Man?

    To be more specific it should say Peter Parker Spider-Man. Alas, Miles is his own version of Spider-Man and can actually team up with the Peters.

    Because he's Spider-Man (Bag Man), and Miles is Miles Morales (Spider-Man)?

    I couldn't find XFW when I played, and he wasn't locked out either, though I could pick Patch.

    I used X-Force in the Wolverine node with no problems.

    I used OML any Logan will work

    Even though I had just finished using 3* Hulk, game tried to mandate me into Cho-Hulk in that essential (went back to 3*, thank you much anyway game).
