story mode locked

My story mode is locked, lvl 1 i can only play quick matches.. i have tried uninstalling several times as well as unconnecting from facebook and reconnecting, can anyone help?

    I'm having the same problem I can't access story mode at all I thought it was unlocked after a certain level but I'm starting to see this isn't the case. Can anyone elaborate on this issue?

    I am having the same issue on Android. Playing on an Nvidia Shield Tablet. I did not have this issue when I was playing as a guest on my iPhone.

    Same problem here, tutorial was lagging and I'm not sure if I finished it. All chapters are locked(including chap.1), no option to replay tutorial visible. Android Moto G second generation.

    I also cannot access story mode. I'm on an Android 6 Nexus 5. My top character is level 32, and I'd really like to play the story.
