Ares Sunder Countdown Bug

There have a been a couple times where I have defeated Ares, after he has performed Sunder, and countdown tile remains on the board after he is killed. I know it was during the Daredevil PVE, but i cant remember what mission it was in. Has anyone else seen this?

    I've seen this happen every time Aires has been downed after using sunder. There's been some inconsistency as to what happens when the countdown reaches zero. Sometimes, the effect works, dealing damage but not healing Aires. Other times, when the countdown finishes, it just disappears, acting as if you just downed Aires.
