Can we get a 4 * only event where 3/3/3 loaners are available and all other characters are locked out?

    If you're talking about a story and or pvp event where everyone is forced to choose from a set of evenly leveled loaners.

    Sign me up.

    Don't just sign me up, make them 2 week long events that only have progression awards on the side of normal events.
