Missing Unstable ISO event reward

I was ranked within #200 but I did not receive my Ironman model 40. I get the ranking screen but it is not in my collection or cache.

Can you please check my collection and cache and send me back my Ironman model 40!

    Can you please provide this information via the Feedback Form in the game? While it's useful information here to know how many people got affected by any given issue (and appreciated for that reason), we don't tend to run Customer Support directly off the forums. If you've already submitted a ticket, I'm sure CS will get to you. Comic Cover refunds like these usually take slightly longer than a simpler request. Thanks!
