QS & SW in this round of DPD?

Wondering if these two are going to be tacked on to the end of the current DPD run. I know they just added on IF, Rags and KK to the last round (and gave out their 2nd powers). Hoping that since we just started the 3rd powers last week that these 2 might be added, presumably giving out their 3rd powers as well.

Am I being too hopeful?
