ultron start server crash

Was a bit disappointed to find the servers crashed just as the ultron event started I couldn't access the game at all for several hours, as well as losing time to start the ultron event, the simulator event that was also running couldn't be accessed and subsequently I lost my rankings on those as not able to maintain my top 50 rankings which meant I lost out on some valuable covers I needed for upgrades.
I have spent money on this game and feel a bit let down as no explanation has been offered

    Yup, me too. This is the third time. It appears that the company took the weekend off withour fixing it. Shame on you.
    My play has been down since Friday, and when it resolved for an hour Friday night MY ENTIRE ACCOUNT IS GONE. 6+months of daily play and investment.
    Bye bye, I'm off to look for another game.

    This is the only game I've ever played where the company makes up server snafus by in-game gifts. They'll make it up to us. icon_e_smile.gif
