Season Events

How are season events selected? We have had a couple of really good character releases lately... it would be nice to have luke cage, iron fist and/or Cyclops as an event. We have gone through an entire season and have yet to see an event where these characters are the rewards. I was just wondering how the rewards are chosen

    Ever since we had two Rags and Loki PVPs in season 1, I'm pretty sure it's a blind, drunk monkey throwing darts at a wall.
    And they usually don't put the new pictures on there for 3 months after their first PVP.

    Im pretty sure the monkey was also in an alcohol related car accident at some point in his past. Might even be a junky.

    Without the snark, the characters are limited to those currently in the rotation. There are still about twice as many characters as events, though, especially since two (or sometimes 3) of the 10 events for the season represent new releases, so I don't know how they pick beyond that.

    About the only guarantees are that new characters and characters just rotated back in will get PVPs.

    Unfortunately, that means that the average season has about half the lineup set between those lately.
