New Hp levels, need of rising some skills damage

So now that the HP of most characters has gone up there are some characters that need some love into their skills, like punisher, punisher is a solid character, green is good, red is ok, but black... black was OK before the hp boost of everyone now its simply not enough to do some serious damage even if you have build a combo of one of two greens it doesn't hurt much 1500 damage to a team that has 8600 hp when one of their skills can hit you for double or triple of that damage, psylocke also could get some love with the damage of red and black, just a idea if anyone can think of another char that need a boost on their damage post it here!
