The changes won't make a difference.

I know this because a level 103 3* Thor in PvE just annhialated my 200/166 xforce/Cap with cascades and special moves. On his own. The two mobs didn't even have time to get a countdown finished. Wave after wave of yellows and greens. I didn't get a single special move in.

So the fact that xforce is about to become rubbish is immaterial, as even with full power, he is taken down easily by a pve thor HALF HIS LEVEL.

I mean, ffs. Seriously.
