Characters that share the same color damage tile question

If characters share the same damage number on a color.. What determines who gets the tile during a match??

    At max level, which those guys are, whoever is in "front" gets it. Order goes Center, Left, Right when determining your team. I assume you want Daken to tank for IF, so put him in the center and you should be fine.

    At less than max level the unseen decimals in the match damage often get in the way, so if you want to under level a guy so you can tank for him always leave him 1 damage shy of a tie number.
