restore account on new device

I just traded in my galaxy s4 for the note 3 I re downloaded the game and my previous account is lost all the cash purchases I made in progress is gone how do I restore my old game

    If you connected via Facebook on the old device, simply do so on this new one and your account should migrate without any further issues. If you didn't do so, please contact mobilesupport@d3p.us with any information related to your account that could be helpful, such as PVP name and any notable features of your characters that would help us identify your account.
