AI can use special powers before scrambling

When there are no matches possible, AI uses his powers, before the scrambling of tiles.

I know that there is no big difference, however it is unsymmetrical, because human player can do it only after scramble.

    There are a lot of bugs with the AI in regards to abilities / turn-taking. In a high level Hulk fight during the Hulk event, his black passive created a terrifying cascade that resulted in 3-4 abilities being chained off - he completely nuked my team, used Thorned Rose, then used Smash and killed his whole team - and I won with a dead team.

    That's... so crazy I hope they leave it in. It's definitely an edge case, but I'd love to see a development status of "too funny to fix".
