Data push wiping retaliations

Restarting the app always wipes retaliations, except the top 3. It's one advantage the Steam version has over the mobile version, mobile closes the app periodically and destroys your retaliation queue.0

I figured this was a data push as I hadnt close the ap, it just restarted and went through the whole loading thing. Oh well. Thanks!0

Usually seems to happen as new events are loading.0
