Element Tiles!

Hey Devs...
Why do we just can use team up tiles and no more element tiles?
You could give us the choice to play with tiles which we want.

    Environment tiles were a bit broken - some were very overpowered (Desert, Arctic), while others were underpowered (City, Latveria). They'd need significant work if they were to reintroduced.
